Think I answered my own question... (you had it LineXed or something similar) Thought it looked familiar. Found the other post about it. Like the hinge mechanism on the ExpOne.

As a DD, don't want to have to undo too many things to get into the back.

That LOD that Wayoflife showed is very nice indeed. I like the Expedition One's design that allows the boot and carrier to be opened in one motion. The finish of the Exp. One I really don't like though.

Any news on AEV's rear bumper effort?

You do realize they said that for close to 2 years right? That's the entire reason I finally gave up hope and went with my Expedition One rear bumper and I couldn't be happier. Plus it matches my AEV front bumper nicely.
