There have been a quite a few of these on display on both the 2-door and 4-door JK's here at the show. From what I can tell, these are in fact factory Rubicon rails with tube side steps welded onto them. And, based on what I've learned from Mopar, I'm going to guess that these will be a future ORT performance part that they will make available to the public.

For a mild scrape on a rock they will probably be okay. They wont take a hit like the shrockworks ones could. That is of course if they truly are like the stock rubicon ones with a rail added.

I believe that Smittybilt is also offering a rock rail that is very, very similar to this as well. Smittybilt has come a long way since TransAmerican/4Wheel Parts Wholesalers/Adler Inc. bought them. It looks as if all of their new JK stuff is better looking than anything else on the market so far. Hope it is also functional and tough.
