Why 37's are not made for 16" wheels

ok KSK there is what only 2 tires that are 37s for a 16 in wheel so im just pretty sure 37s are just not made so yes that rule for the wheel size is true but it doesnt fit this situation

There are few brands that make 37s for 16s, Mickey Thompson, Maxxis, Procomp, BFG, Interco, etc..
