Default Why do I keep snapping sway bar link bolts..

I've got a set of quick disco's (rough country, I think) and for some reason I keep snapping the passenger side upper sway bar link bolt. This is the third time it's happened and for the first two times, I re-used the stock bolts from the stock sway bar link. This third time I'm SOL and need to find a replacement.

Any thoughts??

Length? Are they to short after a lift?

Is the axle centered (adj. track bar, bracket)?

Theyre height adjustable to 3 points (if I remember correctly). I purchased these used along with the lift and kept them at the same height the previous owner had it set at.

With that said, they seem to be set at the correct height since the swaybar met the disco almost perfectly.

Anyone know which hole on the rough country quick disco's a 2.5" lift should be on? These are the older style, clanky, noisy, crappy discos that look like these:

I'm guessing that I should consider picking up a new set of quality disco's huh.

Oh, and the axle looks to be centered, if anything it's off by less than a 1/2" so I didnt feel the need to install a new trackbar.

You want the swaybar level ( +/- 5deg, with + being better than - ), so use whichever holes put you there.

^check that^

And those bolts are mighty tiny...Here are the one's that came with my JKS QD's.
Labeled U.B./L.B upper and lower retaining bolts.

I snapped the same bolt as well, and thought it was just a fluke. I have the Full Traction sway bar disco's and do not like them. I will be upgrading to the JKS soon.
