Linear design coils (rather than progressive rate) mixed with heavy bumper/winch combo equals sagging. I don't know Procomp too well as to how well their springs hold up but I've seen other brands do the same thing over time when added weight is put on them.

Need more info...

- How old are the springs?
- Which springs came with the Procomp lift...light/medium/heavy duty?
- Did you add the bumper & winch after the springs? If so, what did the springs look like before?
- What bumper and what winch?
- What do your rear springs look like?

What seems obvious from the pic is that these springs are not up to the task that you are asking them to fulfill. You need heavier duty springs, preferably progressive rate.

That's pretty normal for the Procomp front springs, they use a linear coil spring with a high pitch rate, more wraps closer together, so even when unloaded there's very little space between them, maybe a finger width or so

Thanks mate, the answer I was looking for. Would swapping them out for teraflex coils improve the ride.

TF makes great coils but they are linear as well. Some people experience sagging with them when running heavy duty bumpers. Some don't though...

Your best bet is a progressive coil like Rock Krawler (only their fronts are progressive) or AEV (both front and reat). Or something similar. Evo Plush Ride get rave reviews but I don;t know much about htem as to how they hold up with heavy setups.

Can you buy standalone aev coils or can you only get them with their lift kit?
