Why is my speedo not correct?

I had the same issue. Went from a 315/75 BFG AT to the Toyo 35 and made the adjustment to 10.00. Ended up about 3mph faster on the speedo than the gps. Adjusted down .25 this morning and now close to perfect. Maybe 1mph max on the freeway.
