Default Wierd Question but I NEED an answer

I am not sure where to post this question. I have a rescue green 2 door jeep and on the roll bar in the back (I will post pics tomorrow) it is not fully painted. The whole roll bar is green but in the back it looks like they skipped a few coats, its like a real light rescue green as in they started and didnt finish it. Is this a normal jeep shortcut or is it just mine. And if so should i go to the dealer and demand it to be painted...please let me know

OK to leave somethings for us to do but damnit finish the painting

I've always thought Jeep was in cahoots with all the aftermarket companies, I mean they make it EXTREMELY easy for all these companies to make improvements for out jeeps

I pulled my tire carrier off today while running the coax for my CB. My tailgate was fully-painted. Not sure about under the rollbar though.
