picked one up for a customer (their request)
got it. the manufacturer stated it would need to be sanded more and painted. so i knew what i was getting. its full fiberglass. $75 shipped. no holes drilled on top (takes 1 minute to do and half a brain cell). fit perfectly. customer was very satisfied.

Mine had holes drilled but were a little bit offset.
