Default Wild Boar Hardtops

Anyone out there installed the Wild Boar hardtop on a Unlimited? I am looking at the double sunroof option and was wondering if anyone has experience as regards the quality, install issues, etc., prior to my pulling the trigger on this.

I've got no experience, but that thing looks sweet! I love the fastback.

I do as well. They offer a couple of different options on the sunroofs as well. It looks like the price is around 4300.00 plus shipping from Illinois.. Not a cheap mod, for sure.

Don't know anything about them, but there is a listing on Craigslist in Fort Collins, Colorado for one at $3,500.00

Call Camp at Cop 4X4 in Phoenix. He has installed many of these tops and can give you some good info.

Default Wild Boar T-Top

I've been waiting on mine for about 8 weeks. Should arrive today, installed on Monday/Tuesday. I'll post some pics and let you know what I think about it.

Those wild boar hardtops look sweet! Please don't forget to post up some pics, I have only seen a few on their website but no IRL pics.

Default WB top

I installed mine 3 months ago. The top is actually fabricated by Gaylord they are a high quality fiberglass shop in So Cal, My top did not have removable panels or sun roof, I also had it painted to match. It match perfectly, zero complaint. The only thing I didn't like was how they trimed the gasket above the forward door window frame close to the A pillar. Jeep tirms the door gasket back at this area. You might need to add some additional gasket material very easy to do.

When you install the top make sure the gaskets on the top don't roll up otherwise it will not seal.
My top does not leak and is quiet

I also just installed the WB roof rack system

Suggest you call Deborah directly at WB when you order sometimes they will give you a break on the price

If it warms up this weekend I will get some pictures posted,

Crap, there quoting me 4200.00 plus shipping from Illinois. The last thing I want to do is put out that type of money and have to change anything. For that price, the damn thing should look perfect and install like the OEM with no mods. One other thing I do not like is the sunroof power is off the defrost switch. You are required to turn on the rear defrost to operate the sunroofs. I am still debating this one. I really like the looks of the top.

Personally I think they look amazing but the price is not worth what they look like in my opinion. You can get a "fast-back" soft top for 1/6th of the cost. Bestop trektop all the way plus easy removal (if you don't have a hardtop pulley). If you don't have a hard top already then I can see wanting to go that route and spend a little extra .
