Will 10 miles??? kill my tires
Recenter your steering wheel yourself. There is nothing else that need be done.

I routinely change coils of different heights and just readjust my trac bar accordingly and just recenter the steering wheel.
Toe won't change to justify taking it in for an alignment.
Caster won't be affected enough at such a small bump in height to warrant one either
My tires are 2 years old and are wearing perfect

I said "Caster is not adjustable with stock control arms. Camber can't be adjusted at all."
Are you saying both are false, or just one?
AFAIK caster can be only changed by adding cam bolts, geometry brackets, or adjustable control arms. Otherwise it is fixed in place by the stock CAs. I was talking about the OP, who does not seem to have any of those mods.
It is true that camber can be changed with a torch, and I think there may be some adjustable ball joints available to adjust camber. The OP appears to have stock ball joints.
So I'll stick to my original post, given that the OP's Jeep has not had any adjustable parts added. The point is that an alignment shop can't do much with a stock Jeep for the money they charge.

I installed a RK lift last year and don't think the shop adjusted anything as it seems to wonder a bit. Looks like I will be buying a angle finder and checking this out. That's for the thread but only thing you might want to do before taking it is center the steering wheel I drove 40+ miles to get mine done since I had an adjustable track bar and lower control arms. But my steering wheel was so far off the traction control kept kicking on.
