Default will an alignment help?

i drive a almost stock '08 x unlimited...i put my wheels and tires on the jeep at 6,000 miles and it drove great...after 3,000 miles i rotated and balanced my tires and had a little vibration at 50mph nothing too bad...i now have 25,000 miles on them and the last rotation and balance i noticed the vibration was a little worse...it starts at 50 mph and then goes away at higher speeds...yesterday i retorqued my wheels to 100 ft/lbs thinking maybe something was loose and when i was driving the vibration was pretty bad...not death wobble but very significant...so this morning i got my tires balanced and rotated again drove the jeep around and felt better...couple hours later took the jeep out again and the vibration was back...i took the wheels and tires off and everything looked ok no bent wheels or anything...steering components looked fine...my jeep has only seen one light dirt road trail...any thoughts or comments would be great...my next thought was would getting an alignment help?...i haven't had one since i've had my jeep...my jeep has always pulled slightly to the right so it never bothered me...anybody got suggestions?
