Default Will Axle Move After Adding Coil Spacers

As the title says I want to add rear coil spacers to level my 4 door jk. I noticed a little sag at the rear after installing FT heavy Duty front coils.

Will the rear axle shift if i add the spacers? What about the length of the rear sway bar links?

Any help would be great.

With something like 3/4" spacers, it shouldn't affect anything. The axle will shift (left to right) some, but with that small amount of lift, it will not be noticable. Swaybay links in the rear should be fine as well. It's not enough lift to bother anything.
