Default Will it fit?

Can I run a 315/70/17 Duratrac with just wheel spacers and 4.5 backspacing? No lift?

That's what she said?

You can but will rub if you plan on doing any wheeling at all. If you are going just for the look you can pull it off just watch out for the potholes!

Honestly if you think you are going to lift it what so ever go bigger tire! Second if you aren't or do majority hwy I'd stick with 285's , plus gearing probally won't be a factor as well.

BFG and Nitto have some tires that fit the in between you're looking for. Might be something you want to look into?

That's why I went with BFG AT's in the 305-65-17 size. I was afraid the 315/70's would be too tall with my leveling kit. I'm happy with how mine turned out. I think BFG has recently started making a 305/70/17 at least in the MT's. I would've gone with those if they'd been available when I bought mine last January.

I was set on 295 Nitto's for while, but I wanted a tire with white outlined lettering because I just think it makes the jeep look alot better IMO. So that's why I've been looking at BFG
