Default Will I need shock extensions?

I currently have a 1 3/4" lift up front and will soon install a rugged ridge bumper with end caps and center hoop, along with a superwinch lp8500 w/ synthetic line. If I stack a 3/4" spacer on top of my 1 3/4" spacer to make up for the weight of the bumper/winch, will I need shock extensions or longer shocks? (I have stock Rubicon shocks all around)

For now, I run mostly moderate level trails, nothing too crazy. I just want to make up for the inevitable sag that will come with the heavier weight up front.

BTW, thanks N2Rock for the quick response.

as n2rock said, they are not "needed" but i would recommend them. they are cheap and you can get them from david at northridge4x4.

Thanks WayofLife for the help.

I just looked on Northridge's website but couldn't find shock extensions. Is this something that I would need to special order?

Also, with the addition of extensions, would I need new bumpstops?

How much would you want for them? I just need the front ones.

yep, I did the same thing...started with a 1.75" spacer lift then added 3/4" spacers up front. i would definitely recommend getting the shock extensions, and also the extended bump stops would help keep your shocks from bottoming out.

here's mine before and after shock extensions.....

before extensions...

with extensions...

and here's the bumpstops I put on mine, they look like crap but they work...got em off of my buddy's chevy truck for free.

I am running my BB with no extensions right now. Unfortuately I've been unable to get out on the trails lately so I haven't needed the extensions.
