Default will this rub?

like most of you after buying your jk wheels are a must . although after schelling out the dough to buy my 08 rubi 2dr my pockets aren't as deep anymore after trying to figure out a good setup for me and keeping in mind this is my dd, I think I have got a setup that will work. let me know what you think

teraflex leveling kit
goodyear duratracs 285/70/17 (weight, and ride quality load D and all around good tire)
procomp rims 17x9 7069 backspacing 4.75 (alloy rim for weight savings)

as far as rubbing I don't think the pinch welds will be a problem, FAQ only states 35's and up although I am only doing a leveling kit instead of a BB?
and since the po took off the oem rock rails they won't rub long gone
also this will give me time to save up for bumpers and new rock rails and I could still use the tire carrier

if you want flat fender falirs, I would go with 35's

I had 33's before my 35's.
Big mistake, I was never happy, especially when I would see a jeep on the road with 35's

so I can go to 35's with this setup and still be in the sweet spot for gearing with my 6sp? without any rubbing issues.
