Default Will they Rub? Will they stick out?

I apoligize in advance if you have heard this here before. I'm a newbie to the site.
I've got a JK Unlimited 2.5inch lift. I want to buy rims that are 10" wide with 5" backspacing and mount a 33" x 12.5inch Toyo M/T. Will they Rub? Will they stick out? If so how far? I'm in Australia with very strict rules and trying to remain within the stock flares and can't use spacers to prevent rubbing. What do you think?

4.75 will clear. Im running a true 13" wide tire and i only rub under heavy articulation, and only because im on stock height and stock bumpstops.

I dont know about 5", have to wait and see if someone will chime in that knows.

I ran 9" wide rims (12.5 wide 35" tire) with 4.75bs on a 3" lift without any rubbing at all. Not sure about 10" and a little lower...might be pretty close. Just my
