You'll definitely not have any rubbing issues with that size of tire. It's only 31.6 inches tall. And they should fit that rim, but you might call DTD to ask them to be sure. That tire should fit a 17x7 - 17x9 rim.
You know those are AT tires right? They'll have much more of a street look if that's what you were going for.
