With synthetic people usually use the hawse style, synthetic has a tendancy to get pinched in between rollers. That said the new delrin style rollers MAY eliminate the problem (personnaly not sure). The one thing you dont want to do is use steel rollers or rollers that have been used with wire rope previously as this will cause your rope to fray and prematurley fail.
