They usually have some 350.00 units at the Tierra del sol event. Not a warn by any means, but they're cheap. I personally think of cheap winches like a cheap gun, when you need them your usually in trouble and if they don't function, your &$?!ed!!

You can go to 4wd.com they still have the warn m8000 for 536.99. A lot of people have been getting the recon water proof 10000 but I have the m8000 don't know how much the recon is I think around 350-400 no for sure

If your looking for a Warn, I'd buy a M8000 from David at Northridge. I live just down the street from Warn and no local shops could match David's price and it was delivered fast!

Get the price at 4WD then call David at Northridge 4x4. he will bet there price and shipping. plus youll get it faster thru him. take my word on this. i ordered parts from both companies and i will never make that mistake again. I only order from Northridge4x4 now. I got my Ruggid Ridge 10,500 lb winch for 400 bucks from him. everyone else wanted 500.

There is a large 4 wheel drive parts chain that sells the Smittybilt XRc 8 for $299. I hate buying anything there, but it may be what you are looking for....

The Recon 10.5K w/synthetic rope and kit (Tree Strap, Snatch block, 2 shackles) was $515 from truck&winch.. doesn't look like the kit is selling but the winch is $429
I was very happy with the service... rope was exchanged no problem... almost easier then dealing with the local shop...
