Do most of the winches have the same mounting dimensions as far as the holes go? If they do what are they?

Most have a 10"x4.5" bolt pattern.

Yes most standard/common dimensions. It is funny how often you see it spelled 'wench', like you have your wife strapped to the bumper holding a rope
