Default Winch vs Suspension

No lift, don't want to lift.
Changed shocks to Bilstein HD and put 15's in front. Old springs were 13's.
She rode a little high in front.
Just installed LOD ArmorLite Mid with skid plate and Bull Bar. When I sit the M8000S on the bumper and bounce it a few times, she sits 1/4" lower than before the bumper/winch install, but measures 1/4 higher in front from hub to fender. Does this sound like a good setup?
Thanks

If you like the way it looks then its a good setup. If not add a leveling kit or just 3/4" spacers up front. That won't change your suspention geometry drastically or make it ride any different

Keep in mind that the additional weight will cause sagging over time. You can't always judge how much height will be lost by adding the weight for a few minutes. A 3/4" to 1" spacer will be the easiest way to correct this without going with a different spring.

Like Ryan0260 said, you can't judge how the springs will react in 6 months, a year or even 2 years down the road. You're most likely going to want to look into a set of 3/4" or 1" Coil Spacers. They won't require any addition mods to the suspension, and your ride quality wont change at all. It will give you back the lift you got form installing the better springs and prevent the front end form sagging too much.

If you have any questions, feel free to PM me. I'll be happy to help out!
