Thanks for all of the replies so far. I am mixed between the two still. I like the look if the in channel ones but I am afraid they will affect the windows working properly, a buddy had them on an explorer and the back windows never closed right after instillation. Any have a pic of the stick on ones? Do they look clean and neat?

stick on's are ok, but i had them on another truck and it makes it more difficult to clean the paint right there. luckily the JK has a flatter surface than my other vehicle but if you don't line the stick on ones just right then it'll look tacky. in channel dont have issues lining up smoothly.
