Default Windshield

I am getting my windshield changed out this mornin' after a rock hit it. Can you believe that a windshield with the little bitty Jeep grill is around $300.00 more then a plain one? Not surprising that I am going without the little Jeep grill!

That's crazy! I was going with that windshield when mine cracks but not for $300 more!

I just got my jeep in January and I already have two huge cracks in it. I'm still holding off to replace it because I like the factory one.

I wonder if a bug reflector scoop on the hood would help divert the rocks away?

Here in FL it's included in ins and is always free, but I'm guessing the logo windshield would carry an up charge. I'll find out soon enough cuz mine is cracked all the way across

When I got mine replaced they told me I had to get the one with the jeep or they couldn't use my insurance

I have a big crack across the entire windshield on my 13 jku fortunately it is well under my line of site as it is about 4 inches from the bottom and goes edge to edge. I was getting ready to make an appointment to get it replaced and then yesterday bing took a rock and now I have a crack under my first crack. I would have been pissed if I would have replaced it when I planned on or I would have a cracked 1 day old windshield. I think I will just leave it for the time being lol.
