How long does it take to do that? And do you have anything between the bracket and the paint on the jeep?

OMG!!!! I would be really pissed! I have had the KC windshield mounts for a year and a half now with absolutely no hint of rust. The powder coating on them is flawless. They did cost more money, and I'm a tight ass, so thankfully they we're my only choice at the time.

Yes there's a piece of foam and I put rubber between them. When I take them off and clean it up the jeep paint is fine. Really pissed, quadratec said they can only give me a new set cause it's over 30 days. It took a few months to rust. So I put on the ones in the picture about 3 weeks ago and this is what happened.

Sand them and recoat them yourself it will last longer. My kc brackets were replaced under warranty for rusti g and this set has lasted me a long time.

That is horrible! Have you reached out to the Q-tech forum rep?

I'd ask those to be credited toward the purchase of a different bracket.

KC brackets have always held up great for me over the years.

Must be painted with really shitty paint. If they won't exchange them strip them and apply etching primer and descent black paint.
