I'm not going to make brand sugestions. To many persoanl pref's. But I would like to offer some insight.

Two types of brackets to chose from. 1) Down and out. And 2) Up High and over.
1) Down and Out. These brackets locate the fixtures as low to the cowl as possible. And locate the fixtures as far away as possible from direct view from the windscreen.
Pros: Better visibility thru the windscreen
Cons: Closer to the hood and cowl mean more hood glare.
2)Up High and Over. These locate the fixtures higher up on the window frame. And move the fixtures closer together.
Pros: Less hood glare. Slightly better illumination.
Cons: More obstructed view through the windshield.

Lighting. Best thing I recomend is research difrent types of lighting and how the manufacturer recomends they be used. Also check your local laws to see what types of fixtures are allowed and where. Basically, long range fixtures work best mounted higher up on the jeep. Mid range lights work best mounted close to headlight level. Foglights work best mounted down low. Flood and task lights can be mounted anywhere. As long as you unserstand how they will work mounted in any particular location.
Hope this helps. Good Luck.

The lights are "driving" lights. So they have a mix of Spot beam and Flood pattern.

Not sure on the brackets. They are the down and out brackets though.

They are great for that spot since they don't put much glare on the hood like flood/fog lights.
X2 on the Piaa 520's. I'm running 2 sets, and they are great lights

I have poison spyder mounts on my White JKUR. with 130W Daylighters. Only con I see is the light creates crazy glare on the hood because it is white!

PIAAs all the way the only problem is you get reflecting off the hood with the lighter color jeeps, White silver and I think yellow I could be wrong but how you fix that is with a hood decal. I love my PIAA 520 ATPs they super bright and you can get bulbs for the head lights to match the color of the beams. And to protect light up top you do something like this light bar.
