Default Worn braded brake lines

I noticed after a run one day that one of my extra long braided metal brakelines had been rubbing the inside of my tire and the metal brades had been worn down to the inner plastic line. Should I replace this or would Duct tape cover it up in the mean time?

I'd imagine both.

The same thing happened to me. You should replace that line as soon as possible. When you do relocate it as well so it doesn't rub again.

You need to replace it asap!

And when you do use a zip tie to keep it away from the tire.

My front lines only rub at full turn, so I split some 5/8" heater hose and zip tied it around the lines where they rub. Works like a charm

Edit: And YES, replace it asap
