Default Is it worth it? How much work?

I have a d30 up front and running 35s. I have 488 gears but no locker. would this be a good thing to buy (I already am planning to buy the C guessts).

Please let me know how much work these would be to install.

If you are not a mechanic, I would recommend that you get these done in a shop, the process is pretty involved. They will provide a lot of strength, but labor will cost you if you want to get it done right. 2-3 hours I've heard.
