What if I just get a front shaft? I seem to see the front is the one that's always going. Rarely the rear.

I was always told the rear especially with a 2 door.
I have around 10k on my stock rear with RK coils (3"-4" actual)
I am not saying go out and buy a new Ds. Just keep a eye on it. You can run the front without a DS which gives you time.
Or keep an eye out for a cheap take off.
I bought a rear because I am too lazy to install my CA's

Ok. Well I think I may need a rear anyway. I have a vibration going on around 65 mph so I'm trying anything too see if its something else before I take my DS off lol. Like I rebalanced the tires. I put a new u joint in on my passenger side and going to do the drive next weekend on my axle shafts. I needed them. If that don't fix my vibration then imma get my DS looked at. It looks fine but idk if there is a slight bend in it or not.

Unless you have a 2 door, you really don't need upper/lower control arms.We have a 4" lift running stock arms.On the other hand you need to look at front/rear trackbars to center your housings,

You should be running a raised rear TB mount to correct roll center. I replaced my rear drop bracket with a TF axle bracket and it made a big difference.

- front lowers for caster unless running a double cardan DS. Probably get a way with stock arms. Both uppers and lowers will center the axle in the wheel well and improve CA angles/drivability.

-Rear uppers for pinion.
Both uppers and lowers for wheelbase/pinion.

Really depends on how much lift you have and if drivability suffered.

My RK 2.5 coils gave me 4" of lift. Front DS went and drivability was bad.

I'm thinking about getting a zone offroad 4in kit comes with a front track bar, coils, brake lines, shocks. I already have a rear jks adj trackbar. So ill I need is arms. But I just found control arm location brackets to lower your control arms for a 3-4in lift. Only thing else I would need would be driveshafts.

Why not the RK stock mod ?

- coils
-front TB
-rear bracket

Drive it for a while. If the jeep wonders install LCA's for caster. Keep a eye on the driveshafts.
