Default would I need driveshafts?

Another newbie question looking at eventually going to a 4inch lift to acomidate a 37inch tire. i know on the 2 doors you need driveshafts is this also true with 4 doors? With a 4inch lift would I need new driveshafts? and if theres anything else i would need suspetion wise put that in too. I do wheel my jeep we take trips to moab colorado and wheel at home, so the jeep does expirience full flex quite often. any info would be great thanks!

Most likely will need new shafts, like 99.9%. You can push it, but the bind is not good and will lead to even earlier failure.
