The 2011 jeep wrangler its certainly the red headed step child, with the 3.8 and the uncracked ecu rolling codes... so here is the should could would part.. Why not put a 2010 or lower ecu... Then it could be chipped... Don't be gentle, lets figure this out!

I believe prodigy has ecu's for the 2012 jk unlocked using a modified 2011 pcm with your vin programmed to it.

Sort of - its an ECU for the 2011 using a 2010 pcm.

I called super chips to talk to then a little and offer a guinea pig (myself) I've done it to convert the programming for my autocross car, jeep shouldn't be that different.
