Default Xenon flares; rusting bolts

I took a look at the bolts holding my Xenon narrows on and they are all rusted. Anyone else have this issue? I assume I can replace them all with stainless bolts?

Also, has anyone re-attached their stock flares after having the Xenons mounted? I am wondering if the clips will work properly since the holes had to be enlarged slightly. Just curious as I am trying to sell the JK and might end up returning it to stock and selling the mods.

Mine have a bit of surface rust. Once I get the heater going in my garage i'll just sand the heads and slap some rustoleum or something on there. You enlarged the holes so I doubt that the stock hardware would work now.
