Jeep had the rugged ridge bumper on it when i bought it the question is can i mount a winch on the top of the bumper bc the one that ive got isnt the one that accepts a winch.

 

Several companies make winch plates, or you can get a universal at harbor freight. Just be sure that you get down to the frame rails for the extra support.
