Default Yea or no on MAF/ cold air intake

What are the pro's and cons? I've been thinking about adding it, exhaust, and a chip to get back some mpg's. But I have a hard time believing its worth it. Everything online seems split. What do the drivers say!?

I love my CAI. I'm sure it does very little for MPG or horsepower, but I like the sound that it gives the engine. The stock intake was completely silent, with the CAI, you can hear a much more throaty sound when you put your foot down. It's not loud.
