Anybody run these tires? Specifically on a DD/Weekend Warrior??? I have seen good things about them and they are relatively cheap as compared to KM2s, Toyos, etc.

I heard good things about them. However, they are a directional tire. I would also consider the Hankook RT03.

You should check out the Maxxis Bighorn also.

Good reviews, and much less expensive than km2 and mtr/k's. (in the 315/75/16 size, I picked up the Bighorns for $100 less per tire than either of those!!)

OMG, I was wondering about these tires ever since I saw 40's for friggin $309.00 each. Holy shit, that's cheap for 40's. Has anyone tryed them? Eddie directional or not, $309.00 for 40x13.50x17's. I'm told that they are soft and wear out rather quickly. But that's cheap. Can you tell I'm shopping for 40's.

If traction in the mud is important to you, 4WD mag did a mini mud test on 5 tires and the Yokes ended up a distant dead last.

To put in perspective a few months earlier they ran another 5 tire test that included the MTR/K and the KM2s. The MTR/Ks ended in 5th place but the difference with the 4th place KM2s wasn't that distant.

Well as much as I appreciate the offer, I need a 35x12.5x17 haha The main reason I am looking at these is because I wanted to at least KNOW about a few alternatives to KM2s and whatnot. I have Toyos right now in 295/70/17 and I think they are a friggin awesome tire but much too heavy and they clog with mud easily...
