Default ? for you AEV snorkel owners

So I installed my aev snorkel today. I primed and painted the bare metal from the cut but was wondering if anyone did anything with the hole left between the inner and outer layer of sheet metal? I was thinking about filling it with some spray insulation but Im not sure if thats a good idea or what kind is ok to use. Anyone do this or something else?

Thanks

I just painted all the exposed edges and left it at that, can't see it from the outside, so no concern to me.

Did a good cleaning... Filled any sharp edges, taped, quick prime and touch up paint.... All good - no issues.

Exactly what I did, but also sprayed some flat black in there, looks better to me.

Took a small piece of rubber hose and sliced it down the middle and put that around the edge to give it a finished look. Almost like molding.
