Hey Arabia, I'll bite, Here's my OPINION from my experience ( I lived 3 years in Abu Dhabi, lived above Corniche Bakery on airport road workin for LM out at Al Daffra Air Base, shot dunes there) (also live in Saudi for 10 yrs in Dharan worked at the Air Base, shot dunes there) (Also ran Glamis dunes here in States since late 80's, look at my album). My experience for runnin dunes with anything and with this JK is, get a tranny cooler on that thing, run some sort of a 33" or 35" tire (with 10 psi while dunnin) with gears (5.13's), put at least a locker in the back of that thing, sleeve and gusset the front axle for when you come off the dune at the bottom and you will bottom the front suspension cause I know you will, run in 4 HI 2nd gear, remember the gas pedal is your friend and use it all (don't be afraid, floor the thing and keep the RPM high, hit rev limiter if you have to but keep RPM up, thats how you shoot dunes). If it starts to point or want to go down hill on a dune turn into it and keep it floored and always with still having forward speed, never come to a stop, you keep forward speed moving. When ya don't have a lot of Horse Power and a little heavy vehicle on the dunes ya gotta keep your forward momentum going and that means flooring the thing and keepin your forward speed going, never stoppin unless your pointed straight down a dune or down at the bottom of a dune on flat ground. Good luck, I been at this for a while and I know what works for me and I have seen people F up on dunes and roll their sh1t.

Rockwells would be the ultimate. Or even the atomic axles. But full floating D60s front and rear stuffed with good axles, 5.13s minimum, and ARBs would be good for me.

A 2" lift with 33's? Is there any particular reason you would need a D60/70/80, a 9inch or 14bolt? And a new transmission? Why?

Gusset and sleeve the front and go have fun.
