Nope and be aware they are VERY heavy wheels and ride like a tank.

Well I put 35's under my 09 Rubicon while I was waiting for my lift. They fit just fine. Just dont go with a 12.5 wide tire because youll rub if you turn your wheel all the way lol. But they do fit fine. my .02

just mho... I would wait you can get a steel rim that will fit the tires you will eventually want to upgrade to. Either way good luck.

With a 17 you can still fit the new Teraflex brake upgrade which looks pretty sweet. Tons of tire options in a 17 too.
