Default ZONE 3" or 4"

I have an 08 unlimited. I have a set of 35X12.50X17 sitting in the garage. This is mostly a Beach crusier and occasional mudder. There are no rocks to crawl within about 200+ miles so I dont plan on ever using it as that. I dont want to mess with the driveline (change out driveshafts) I really want the 4" but I dont want the problems with driveshafts. does anyone have an experience with this?

If I go with the 3 inch It will cost $623.78 I would buy the lift and the Steering Stablizer and the Front Adjustable Track Bar.

If I go with the 4 inch It will cost $622.18 I would buy the lift and the Steering Stablizer the 4" lift comes with everything else.

Spend a little extra and get the Superlift 4"... Great kit, And i debated these also just a short time ago.

That, or get TeraFlex... Both are great.

the zone is so cheap because its basic and does nothing to address issues like the pinion and caster.

Do what you want, but the lift will cost you more in the long run

regardless of brand, if you lift your jk 3" or more and have an automatic, you will end up tearing your front drive shaft boot on the tranny pan even if you don't disconnect your swaybar links. in the rear, you should be okay with the factory shaft up to 4" of lift. that being said, at 3"-4" of lift, you will most likely find that your jeep is flightly and has poor handling at highway speeds. this is normal with lifts of this height and that do not come with adjustable front lower or upper control arms that allow you to add more positive caster. while some kits do come with cam bolts to do this, i would not recommend it as it will require you to slot your front lower control arm mounts and they are difficult to keep in place. of course, at 4" of lift, you really do want to have a track bar drop bracket and dropped pitman arm installed to help correct the geometry of your suspension/steering components. please note that these additional parts that i've mentioned and DO NOT come with the kit you are looking at ARE NOT provided to increase your ability to wheel but rather, exist to help give you a better ride on pavement. as mentioned, you get what you pay for.
