Looking for quality service - Fairfield Cty, CT
Guys -
I need to go in this week for the gym shoe clutch squeak and a wet fromt diff cover. I bought the Jeep in White Plains but the service department is full of hacks and the management doesn't like to take responsibility for their errors.
I've heard some vague rumors about Scap in Fairfield being pretty good, otherwise, I haven't a clue. Anybody got a favorite?
Scott

All in all though I have major problems with them, some including shutting off my sirius after 6 months, no ordering my sirius when I purchased the jeep, refusing a rental when I paid for the extra warentee, a manager telling me to "stop being an asshole" and there are plenty more.
OK, so Papa's is out. Anybody got a good one?
And the porn star thing reminds me of the old Chris Rock line - something like "if you got a daughter that's workin' the pole, you screwed up somewhere."

i need to vent right now about PAPAS and this is sort of related.
I am away from home, at school, and my aunt's car needed a timing belt, and a starter...
She decided after i told her not to, to take it to papas...
they charged 1000 for the timing belt, my normal guy quoted 650 for it, Bradshaws quoted 800... but whatever... while in for the timing belt they convinced her she needed 400 dollars for a tune up... so she did it... GRRRR the real angering part was i had just done it about 10k miles ago for her... but she didnt call and ask anyone about it...
on to the starter... they are charging 146 labor (fine, its an involved job) but 308 dollars for a starter... mopar list is 252, they are using a napa starter since they dont have one and the napa list price is 129... but still charging her 308 for it...
ok rant off... i hate PAPA's service dept
