Default Alien Abduction

So there I was driving home in my humble 2002 gmc sonoma. Just as I pass the local Jeep dealer I spot a silver X unlimited soft top. It is at that point I believe I was abducted by aliens because I am now driving the silver JK and 2hours of time are missing (gotta love those sales guys). Anyway I bought it that quick and love it, plain jane base model 6 speed. I've had it about a month now and its just great, getting about 18-19 mpg.

I'm a 60 year old grandpop so the first thing I do is put the top down (had a 70 degree day in November) and load the grand kids in for a ride, the wind is in our hair the kids are yelling to people on the street and we're all laughing our heads off. Life is good.

Just goes to show there is no such thing as "old" when it comes to Jeepers. Congradulations on your new rig and welcome to the wonderful world that is Jeep

I'm 51 now. It was some fourteen years ago I rented a jeep in silverton colorado. They have what they call jeep trails there. Fantastic. I came home and two year later bought a jeep wrangler. I never looked back. I drove that jeep for twelve years. I just bought a new jk wrangler. Really nice. They've made some improvements these last few years. Life is good.
