Greetings all from Akron, OH. We just recently purchased a 2007 JK Rubicon with 101k miles on it at a local "lick n stick" dealership near us. We've been going crazy working on our little beast, taking care of things like lighting, and chasing issues that ours came with. So far we've upgraded all exterior lighting to LED, replaced a radiator with a cold leak, have an appointment to have new shocks and springs installed as it leans on the passenger side, has a visibly sagging spring and a blown shock. We also will be dealing with a couple of exhaust leaks, and will be checking out other areas as we sort out the vehicle in time for a trip to Colorado in June. Below are a couple of pics, from the day we bought it and up to nearly current.
No, we bought 'em off of Amazon. We have to redo the mounting of the winch box as the hole was originally cut for it, but we had found that it was zip tied to the vehicle's wiring. Not good.
