Cool Anybody bought a Jeep from Northwest Motorsport in Washington?

Hey everyone,

I put a deposit on a Jeep at a truck dealer in Washington called Northwest Motorsport, but didn't end up buying it, but now I have a credit for my deposit at the dealer. They have a bunch of Jeeps for sale but want to know if anybody else has bought from them on here or if I should just give up the money and buy private party?

That sux. How much money would you potentially be walking away from? Does that credit expire at any point?

They can't keep your money. Go back and tell them you want the money back.

If they refuse, and you paid by CC, contact your CC company. They will get it for you.

If you paid by cash or check, give them one more chance and let them know your next call will be to the State's Attorney General's office and you will be filing a complaint of fraud.

You didn't buy anything. They CAN'T keep your money.

It was actually my fault, I thought I was going to get more money for my tax return. Instead of them just keeping the money they were cool with giving me a credit, actually didn't even have to ask them. Was just wondering if anybody has bought a jeep from Northwest Motorsport or if people only have been buying trucks from them.

I'd be just as weary buying a lifted jeep from them as anywhere else. It seems that everything they have is lifted.....which makes me think that they are buying em, lifting em, and reselling em. I'd much rather buy a factory jeep and lift it yourself if you want that. That way you know EXACTLY what was or was not done to it. Buying a lifted jeep is a hassle. It's harder to identify what has been added to it, and most often it's not with quality parts. These dealers will lift them with cheap parts and sell the "look" of a lifted jeep.

If you were considering something from them, I'd do some thorough due diligence and identify the lift before hand, research a bit or ask for opinions. I'd bet you'd be hard pressed to find a lifted jeep on the lot with what most would consider a real quality lift that you’d want to install if you were doing it yourself.
