I have a 2009 Sahara and want to get 17 inch wheels for wider tires what is the best aftermarket wheel for the money?

There are many good wheels. Most are made in china. Pick a style you like and go from there.

Eagle make good wheels for the money and depending on the model they are some of lower priced wheels out there. "best for the money" is a poor way to ask questions about after market parts. Get what you like that fits your budget. Best is very subjective and many of the aftermarket parts are make in China. Lots of crap companies out there which look like a good value but you should avoid them.
