Default The dreaded PO456

I've got an issue with my 2013 JEEP Wrangler Sport. It coded PO456. I replaced the gascap but it still coded. I had it smoked tested and it was good. No holes, but it still codes PO456. Any help would be great!

I fought this for a long time myself. I believe that more often than not, it's the control module itself on the evap canister. It's a cheap part that is easy to replace. I would swap that first before further troubleshooting. I just used the Dorman unit and have had no further issues since March (my jeep is a '13 as well so that factory one was 10+ years old) -
