Default Finally Bought a jeep

Just picked up a 2007 Rubicon, 30000 miles. Gonna use it as a DD and to take my kayak and mt. bike around. Put it in some dirt and climbed a few hills a long 5hrs after I picked it up....it did awesome!

I've got 35s and thinking of going down to 33s. Would this make a big difference in making everything last longer, but still be good off road. My mpg seems decent but the odometer has to be off a little since my spedo is, I did the math and it said 17.4 but that can't be right. I've searched tons of threads only to be more confused.

Moving down to 33"s will definently improve mpgs. Im not sure about making certain parts last longer. It would make sence that moving to 33"s would mean less stress on componets
