Guess I did it wrong.
My first post was not here, but elsewhere. Sorry for the breach in etiquette. So, without further ado, I bought my JKU and joined JK Forum in May 2009. It took me a good while to begin posting, but now I have a hard time resisting.
As you can see, my Jeep is a sunburst orange sahara. I just liked the paint matched fenders. I paid for that choice too within a week of purchase when my left front fender was hit by a chunk of concrete off of a ready-mix truck. A second piece went between my mirror and door. It all seemed to happened in slow motion too. I had to get two wheels into the dirt just to keep the concrete from taking out my windshield. I've since touched everything up but you know how that goes. Just doesn't look the same. Enough
ing!

Ive already moved the mirrors for nekkidness sake (as shown). I made my own hard-top hoist, which is outstanding. I am also planning a lift and tires now. Also thinking about a paint match bedline on the top rail where the hardtop sits. I may also bedline the top. All this to reduce those pesky scratches and chips from removal/replacement of the top.
Anyhow, I love the forum. It's a Great place to get tech info and see full-bore into the Jeep lifestyle. Some of the posts have really gotten me laughing. Props to the administrators for a job well done! Peace, out.

Ouch that hurts....my 2007 2wd JK X was totaled on Jun 1st----on June 15th I acquired a 2007 4wd Sahara with only 13800 miles on it....took the Jeep being totaled to rectify my failure to buy a 4wd(Oh---I'll never go offroading!)---yeah right....
