I had a very bad purchase and build experience with Hauk Design, I'm here to tell and warn everybody about them, as well as asking how I should proceed with a lawsuit

I did try, but private lawyers all want contingency, and since the car is out of country they said it would cost too much and there would not be a profit to sue them because of the complications. I don't mind spending money, I am willing to spend any amount of money to make them pay the repercussions. I have already submitted a complaint to the Attorney General of Pennsylvania

 

Not that I know of this company, I would suggest that you at least report them to the Better Business Bureau.

The odd thing here, is that they have a BBB logo at the bottom of their page without a direct link to the BBB rating. File a claim with the BBB.

 

lots of us have been screwed by hauk. they get away with murder he is a damn crook. i just took him to trial and am about to start a class action.
