Just need to no what purpose on rear axle of a newer Jeep there are two hole with washer around them on axle level line 1 on ether side of diff seen from the rear Jeep was in accident one looke like it move cause I can see bare metal in half the hole black paint other half’s other hole is all black paint what are the holes for fand can it move in that location thank
