Heya fellas,

First time Jeep owner here. 2010 Unlimited Sport (blk,auto,etc). Actually, my wife wanted one, but I think I'm digging it more than her. Funny getting thumbs up from other owners. Didn't realize that jeep owners were that passionate about their rides. I thought they were flicking me off at first. doh!

Picked up the car without power locks, and I gotta say, it REALLY SUCKS! Found this forum doing some searches on door actuators. Gotta get em in before this freaky wind storm blows away the jeep. If you're in Chicago, then you know what I'm talking about.

Weather sidenote: we live next to water and I finally got my forest gump Lt. Dan moment. Ended up jumping onto the patio pillars and yelling "is that all you got" with my shirt off and in my underwear. My wife thinks I need to be committed, and she's prob. right, but man... i've been wanting to have that moment forever, and the weather, as crappy as it was , was perfect!

Im about five hours south of you and we have had two days worth of freaky wind storms.

At least its blowing all the leaves in my yard out into the street..

 

Your lucky! Everytime I open the garage, I get a heap of leaves coming in. I need to get out there and cut the trees down.

 

i'M JUST SOUTH OF OLE' LAKE MICHIGAN...AN HOUR FROM YA AND WE'VE BEEN FIGHTING RIDICULOUS BRUSH FIRES SIMPLY BECAUSE OF THE WIND...THE EVERYDAY PERSON WHO TOSSES A CIGARETTE OUT THE WINDOW WHICH TYPICALLY DOESN'T DO SHIT IS, IN THIS WEATHER, CAUSING CONFLAGRATIONS FOR US TO EXTINGUISH OVER HERE AND MY ARMS, BACK AND ASS HURT LIKE HELL...I FEEL LIKE A 190 lb. PIECE OF LIMP SHIT!!!
