Hello from East TN
Hello everyone. I'm still in the looking stages, but I do plan on purchasing a Rubicon either this summer or fall. I'm still trying to decide on the 4 door or the 2 door. I'm leaning towards a 2 door, but as I'm probably going to open a fishing guide service (smallmouth and trout) the 4 door may suit me better. I'll be towing a 17' tunnel hull aluminum boat that weighs in around 1500 lbs.
I've owned several 4X4's before, but this will be my first Jeep. Both of my boys have their own wheels now and I've wanted a Jeep since I was a teen. My wife finally gave me the green light so I'm going to jump before the light changes. I've really enjoyed reading the various posts and looking at your pictures.

I'm currently in JC, TN. Got my Unlimited this week.
Plan to go to the Bristol race in a couple weeks.
However, I'll be moving in May, but won't know where until this Thursday.

Thanks for all the welcomes! This forum has been amazingly helpful, by far one of the best, if not THE best places to turn for information.
JMAT1980 - cosby, tn is 70 miles west of me, so im not totally familiar with the area. I do know in general that the whole area is filled with great hiking. Have a great trip.
